Nathan & Penny
Nathan has a special connection with horses. I love to watch him with them because he is so natural & unafraid & the horses seem to feel he is someone special too. Love it.

Adoptive families need to be talking about these things. They need to be honest about the fact that raising our adoptive children can be very different than raising our bio. children. We love them dearly ... but there are definitely challenges with adopting older children.
