I love seeing your family: the comment about the broken bone, and the pictures of the chickens on your sidebar. The chickens were a bit of encouragement for me as I got a few birds when we first married and they disappeared. I've wanted to get some more recently but haven't yet because we'd have to build a chicken coop... our little acreage just might become a farm one of these days!

Ours are Cochins, mostly ordered from McMurray Hatchery,which I recommend. That's cool your husband is a vet. I do nothing that impressive. Dogs come to live with us in our home while their families are on holidays.
